Amy supports the CEO and leadership team to knit together Investible’s strategic goals with tactical execution through project planning, coordination and KPI tracking. She connects with all teams to keep Investible’s activities, projects and calendars accountable to the top priorities, while also working on special projects to amplify Investible’s impact.
Amy’s nonlinear career path starts with roots in english literature and law. She brings diversified experience and knowledge in experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and communications, and has spent the past five years of her career in major projects and infrastructure construction delivery.
Operations Manager
Behrad supports the COO and all operations functions of the business. He brings 15+ years of experience in accounting, finance and operations in the banking and finance industry, and recently repatriated to Australia from NYC where he worked as a consultant in the startup and high-growth sector. Behrad is a CA, MBA and has extensive experience and certifications with ERP systems and processes.
Behrad is passionate about climate action, sustainability and emerging tech.
Investment Manager
Ben is involved with all aspects of the Investible Climate Tech Fund, including sourcing and analysing investment opportunities and interacting with founders from initial conversations to completion.
Ben has led the sales team of a health drink startup, invented his own medical device, which professional athletes around the globe wear, and was the program manager of INCUBATE, one of Australia's leading startup accelerators. As a founder and having worked with hundreds of founders in varying capacities, Ben brings a strong level of empathy his role at Investible.
Communications & Community Manager
Caitlin is responsible for nurturing the Investible community, and contributing to our strategic communications. This involves tactical initiatives to facilitate the growth of our community within Australia, Southeast Asia and globally, and for growing Investible's reach and impact through content and comms.
Caitlin’s background is in economics and marketing, having completed a Bachelor of Business at UTS, Sydney. She has over 6 years of varied communications, media, marketing and brand experience – ranging from large corporates, to innovative tech-start ups and as a marketing consultant.
She is excited to grow Investible globally, and work with those who are challenging and shaping the world in which we live.
Finance and Reporting Analyst
Caryl contributes to accounting, finance and compliance for the Investible Group, putting her skills across budgeting and reporting to use on a global scale.
She previously worked as an External Auditor and Tax Consultant for Ong, Ordonez and Associates, CPAs, as well as an Accounting Officer for Reliv Philippines Inc. and a Senior Finance Officer for Unicity Network Philippines. She is passionate about working in an industry that helps jumpstart companies looking to change our world for the better.
Chief Investment Officer
Charlie leads our investment team; setting the strategic direction for our investment and portfolio teams to help companies succeed and create exit opportunities. He has over 10 years of investment experience across four continents for leading firms and renowned funds.
Prior to being Investible's CIO, Charlie led investment at funds across Singapore and Oman, actively pursuing startups in fintech, deep tech, edtech, cleantech, the TMT sector, and more. Following this, he pursued innovative climate tech startups in a Singapore-based innovation centre before moving to Australia's Northern Territory, strategically investing in tech-enabled companies and other VC funds.
Charlie is passionate about uncovering solutions and scaling them across borders and cultures. When he's not pursuing great founders and companies, you can find Charlie sailing - a passion of his that has taken him across the world.
Singapore Funds Board Member
Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author and Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor. She started her professional journey working for Nike across the world and went on to build a global career as a marketing and communications expert and social entrepreneur intent on solving some of the world’s most pressing issues.
Christine is a Board Member of Investible’s Singapore-based Funds, helping provide strategic support to Investible and its portfolio in Asia and beyond.
A passionate champion of female empowerment and environmental conservation, she founded not one, but two award-winning, non-profit organisations, Women on a Mission (WOAM) and HER Planet Earth, to bridge these two passions. Both take all-female teams on pioneering expeditions —with WOAM empowering and supporting women who have been subjected to violence and abuse, and HER Planet Earth raising funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change. Both NGOs have collectively raised close to 2 million USD to date for organisations that advance the position of women around the world.
Christine is also a Board Member and Advisor to several purpose-led organisations in the Social Impact and Sustainability spaces – with a particular focus on CSR, Impact Investing and Cellular Agriculture.
Investible Co-Founder and Greenhouse CEO
Creel is a Co-founder of the early-stage VC Investible and CEO of Greenhouse.
Creel has been championing entrepreneurship and social enterprise in Australia and around the globe for almost a decade. His endeavours include founding the Club Kidpreneur Foundation, developing curriculum for the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, training thousands of entrepreneurs in Decisionship - his unique business methodology. Creel brings methodology to the process of business model ideation and rapid business validation.
Creel is a B-Team Australasia Board Member & AI Coalition Chair.
Chair, Singapore Funds Board
A nurturing mentor and coach to emerging senior executives, Dr. Bill Foo brings with him a wealth of deep leadership experience to his role as Chair of Investible’s Funds in Singapore.
His more than 30 years of senior leadership experience include 12 years as CEO of ANZ Singapore, Vice Chairman ANZ South Asia, Southeast Asia Head of Investment Banking and the President of Schroders Indonesia.
Bill is Chairman of Tun Lok Group and a director of NYSE-listed Kenon Holdings and numerous other leading global organisations.
Outside of business Bill a Trustee of the Strategic Studies Fund. He is active in non-profit organisations including the Salvation Army, James Cook University Singapore, and is passionate in mentoring and coaching emerging business leaders and military officers.
Independent Investment Committee member, Climate Tech Strategy
As a world-recognised Chief Sustainability Officer, expert, speaker, advisor and author, Darian brings a wealth of sustainability, ESG and business human rights experience to our Climate Tech Strategy Investment Committee.
Darian was the inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer for the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the first CSO for a central bank globally. She was named a UN SDG Pioneer for a Sustainable Ocean Economy, listed in Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business and recognised as one of Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Darian has led the sustainability efforts of companies at the highest level, led transformational projects for organisations like the UN, NHS, and WWF, and taught about sustainability and innovation through universities, books, and speaking engagements.
Head of Brand & Marketing
Franko has spent over 10 years building and growing brands, operations and content in media, publishing and fintech. He leads marketing, brand and media efforts for the Investible group.
Specialising in strategy, brand development, process-building and content marketing, he has established and led teams to create new brands, omni-channel marketing campaigns, forge business partnerships and produce creative marketing content from events to video to podcasts in Australia and the United States.
Originally hailing from San Francisco, Franko previously served in full-stack creative & marketing roles with Finder, Discovery Communications, Group Nine Media and in the higher education sector.
Chair, Australia VC Funds
Ian serves as the Chairman of the Board for Investible's Early Stage Funds 1 & 2, and the Investible Climate Tech Fund. He has a deep knowledge and network of contacts in the Singapore business community with over 35 years of Senior Banking and Finance experience in both Australia and Singapore.
Ian has previously held executive and leadership roles including National Manager-Business Finance with Australian Guarantee Corp Ltd., Chairman at Finance Houses Association of Singapore, and President of Hong Leong Finance Ltd., also in Singapore.
Chief Operating Officer
James manages all finance and operations activity across the Investible Group as well as the risk and compliance processes for its funds management business in Australia and Singapore. James brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and start ups, leading successful businesses in banking and wealth management in Australia and South East Asia, including as COO of CBAs Private Bank, as well as leading successful start ups in eco-tourism in Canada and technology companies in finance and education in Australia.
James is also on the board of Not For Profit, You Can Sit With Me, a national charity focused on improving the wellbeing of school children in Australia.
Investment Principal
Jayden is involved in the entire investment lifecycle, covering origination, screening, due diligence and closing of investment opportunities. He has extensive transactional and commercial experience across an array of sectors having spent over four years in Ernst & Young’s transactions team, and as a co-founder of a SaaS startup. Jayden is also qualified as a Legal Practitioner and Chartered Accountant.
He is passionate about the belief that through investment in technology the livelihoods of people worldwide can be transformed for the better.
Investment Manager
Joanna is involved with sourcing, screening and analysing potential investment opportunities, connecting and communicating with founders from initial conversations to due diligence and then deal completion.She's a tech head at heart, having finished a Phd in biomedical engineering from UNSW before venturing to the startup world.
Upon joining the Stone & Chalk ecosystem, Joanna freelanced in digital marketing at an early-stage proptech company and volunteered at Everything IoT, an internet of things startup engagement platform. Prior to joining Investible, she cut her teeth as an Investment Analyst at Right Click Capital, managing dealflow and assessing investment opportunities.
She's inspired by bold and transformative ideas, and by those founders hungry to do what's necessary to execute at speed and bring society forward.
Principal, Southeast Asia
Khairu has over 15 years of experience in the startup and venture capital industry, investing across the US, China, India and Southeast Asia. In his experience running an accelerator and witnessing several IPOs and acquisitions, Khairu has developed deep connections and strong insights in assessing and supporting investments becoming high-growth companies.
Based in Singapore, Khairu is active across the entire investment lifecycle; responsible for sourcing, screening, and leading due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
Chief Financial Officer
Kim Stewart-Smith is an experienced CFO, ASX listed Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit and Risk Committee and Board Advisor. Previously a Partner at Ernst & Young, Head of Corporate Services working closely with the EY Entrepreneur of the Year businesses as well as Australian and International businesses.
Kim is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Governance Institute, Tax Institute and Institute of Company Directors with over 30 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. Kim has a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Portfolio Director
Lisa provides operational support across the Investible portfolio, from onboarding new portfolio companies to assisting founders as they scale with a focus on technology, product, growth and strategy challenges and connecting them with resources in the Club Investible network.
She has over 10 years of experience across strategic advisory, product management and commercialisation, gained in diverse environments including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Wolters Kluwer, and as a startup founder in the legaltech sector.
Her work has involved leading product teams, defining software roadmaps and launching strategic technology and infrastructure projects.Lisa is inspired by working with passionate early stage enterprise and consumer founders and supporting them to build amazing products that improve how we work and live; and to build companies that are great places to work.
Investment Analyst
As part of our investment team, Marie supports the portfolio management and investor reporting across the portfolio. She ensures that all internal key controls and processes are in place and maintains the data integrity of investment and investor database.
Her background is in Accounting and Strategic Management and prior to Investible, Marie worked for a government linked organisation doing impact financing funding and venture building impact driven enterprises in Singapore. She also worked in a water-tech start-up, on business development and strategy. Starting up a business is a powerful way to challenge the norm and solve the world's known or unknown problems, which is a space she finds is very exciting and inspiring.
Investment Analyst
Nick is involved across the entire investment lifecycle of Investible's early-stage funds, including sourcing, screening, performing due diligence, helping close investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies when needed.
Prior to joining Investible, he worked at Superseed Ventures, Reece Group's corporate venture capital fund, investing in Seed to Series B tech startups across ANZ and North America, with a focus on construction tech, proptech and supply chain tech. He also spent ~4 years as a management consultant at Strategy& and Accenture, focusing on corporate strategy for ASX100 companies across numerous industries and commercial due diligence on growth-stage software startups for global private equity funds.
Nick is passionate about supporting ambitious founders through the growth journey and is excited by the role innovative technologies can play in shaping the future for consumers, businesses and societies.
Head of Product & Operations, Singapore
Pete brings more than 20 experience in the Investment Management industry to Investible’s Singapore office, shaping our operational excellency in the booming economic hub.
He is an expert in fund structuring, investment product and operating model design, and establishing processes for asset management businesses.
Pete is deeply experienced in private markets, having worked in both private equity and venture capital, and has a passion for sustainable investing, having spent 6 years working on ESG with asset managers.
Non-Executive Director
Peter serves as a Non-Executive Director for Investible, bringing over 40 years at the highest levels of retail and investment banking.
He is the former Chief Executive Officer, Macquarie Atlas Roads, a position he had held between 2009-2018 where he took it from an entity with market capitalisation of $AU278 million to a top-100 ASX-listed company with a market capitalisation of more than $AU3.7 billion.
He previously held several senior corporate advisory roles with Macquarie Bank in Australia and globally, and has served on the boards of nine different entities over the past 27 years.
Head of People & Culture
Richard is responsible for identifying, hiring and retaining top talent for the investible team as we scale. He is also tasked with driving recruitment solutions for Investible’s portfolio companies. Richard has over a decade of recruitment and sales experience across large commercial businesses and the start-up ecosystem.
He believes the right talent can create an impactful business and works to ensure our talent engine is operating at its best.
Investible CEO, Australia Funds Board Member, Singapore Funds Board Member
Rod is our CEO, leading our Sydney and Singapore based team to source, screen and support incredible Founders globally to be successful. He has 30 years’ experience encompassing the stockbroking, asset management, wealth management, agribusiness and not-for-profit sectors. Rod joined Investible in early 2021 to help realise Trevor and Creel vision to support Founders with the capital, knowledge and expertise needed to be globally successful.
Rod is inspired by working with passionate people who are committed to achieving results founded on values, ethics and commercial goals. Previous roles Rod has held include CEO of ASX-listed Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW), Managing Director of Infocus Wealth Management Limited, CEO of environmental NGO Greening Australia Limited and Chief Operating Officer and alternate Managing Director of Australia’s largest retail stockbroker, Commonwealth Securities Limited (CommSec). He has also co-founded a business in the environmental management and carbon offsets space.
Head of Capital Acquisition
Based in Investible's Singapore office, Sam’s role is to grow Investible’s group of investors and expand Investible’s unique investor/founder ecosystem in SE Asia and beyond.
Prior to Investible, Sam spent nearly ten years at Man Group, one of the worlds largest alternative managers covering investors across Asia and Australia. After Man, Sam was Head of Alternatives for HSBC in SE Asia.
Originally from a sheep and cattle farm in Australia, Sam has resided in Hong Kong and Singapore, building key stakeholder relationships across the region.
Outside of work, Sam is an avid cricketer, part time sports tragic and married with a young son.
Investment Analyst
Sarah is involved in the full spectrum of investment activities within the Investible Climate Tech Fund including sourcing, screening, and analysing investment opportunities, as well as liaising with founders during the due diligence process.
Sarah’s background is rooted in science, having undertaken a master’s in biomedical science before pivoting to complete a postgraduate qualification in research commercialisation. Prior to joining Investible, she got her start in venture capital working for Sprout Agritech, a New Zealand-based agtech and foodtech specialist investment fund.
She is excited by the transformative power of deep-tech innovations and carries a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of founders.

Tim Bennett is an independent member of the Investment Committees for Investible Early-Stage Funds 1 and 2.
With over 15 years experience as a Mergers & Acquisition executive, he leads the Corporate Development and Capital advisory division at Prime Financial Group, an ASX-listed financial advisory group.
Head of Investor Relations
Based in Sydney, Tim will be serving as a key point of contact and support for our growing investor network, as well as building the Club Investible platform and community.
Tim joins us having recently returned to Australia from New York, where he oversaw Investor Relations and Operations for a real estate investment fund managing approximately US$1bn in investment assets. Prior to that, Tim spent 10 years in wealth management in Sydney across various roles, where he built out his knowledge and reputation within the industry.

An entrepreneur, angel investor, Director, Advisor, Mentor and advocate for the creation of a stronger Australian innovation culture. Topaz works with early stage Founders and their companies on commercialisation strategies and investment. This passion was built on top of her international experience traversing a number of industries including medical devices, hi-tech, e-commerce and engineering. Topaz loves to help with: growing businesses, generating revenue and guiding companies through growth.
Topaz serves as the Chair of the Investible Climate Tech Strategy's Investment Committee. She is committed to working to help repair and stop the damage we have caused the planet, resulting in climate change. This is fed by her belief that we all are responsible for the problem and therefore all must work to resolve it. She is currently building my own life around using 100% renewable energy and being carbon neutral.

Trevor is one of Australia’s most active and successful angel investors and one of the most respected and influential names in the Australian tech startup ecosystem.
After successfully co-founding, growing and selling his own business for over 9 figures in 2008, Trevor embarked on a practical and hands-on educational journey in Silicon Valley with some of the world’s best early stage investors. He has since made more than 100 direct investments across diverse industries and geographies, including as a seed stage investor in Canva, now valued at US$40 billion.
As the co-founder and chair of leading early-stage investment group Investible, Trevor is committed to providing high-potential founders with the support and resources needed to scale.He also serves as Chair of the car-sharing network Car Next Door, on the board of listed education provider Kip McGrath and as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at UNSW.
